Our booking widget enables appointment scheduling. Name, email, and optionally a message are collected.

Data is transmitted to Google Calendar to create the appointment. Google Ireland Limited is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Storage period: Appointment data is retained for accounting purposes for up to 10 years after the appointment.

We measure the use of our website ourselves. The data is processed exclusively in our own database in Frankfurt, Germany. No transfer to third parties or to a third country takes place.

Collected: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, device type, language, where the visit came from (for example a search engine or a campaign), and actions such as button clicks.

Without your consent we set no cookies and store nothing on your device. Your IP address is not stored; we derive a check value from it that rotates daily and cannot be reversed without our secret key. That is data minimisation, not anonymisation.

Legal basis for this cookieless measurement: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a working, comprehensible website).

With your consent we add a recognisable identifier and the ability to relate several visits. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Retention: individual records for 90 days. After that only daily totals remain, with no reference to any individual visitor.

We operate our own error tracking to detect and fix technical errors. When an error occurs, technical information is collected: error type, browser, timestamp.

Processing takes place exclusively on our own servers in Nuremberg, Germany. No transfer to third parties or to a third country takes place.

We do not use any identifier that recognises you across page views. Credentials and the contents of address bars are removed before storage.
