Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Plexito UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and our customers.

A contract is concluded through written order confirmation or the commencement of service provision.

The scope of services is determined by the respective offer or order confirmation.

Compensation is made according to the conditions agreed in the offer.

All prices are net plus statutory VAT.

After full payment, all rights to the source code transfer to the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Defects will be remedied within the statutory warranty period.

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as permitted by law.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, as far as legally permissible, the company's registered office.
